Board of Directors

The Board is responsible for managing the association’s common elements as well as its business affairs, all in accordance with standards established by the governing documents created when the community was first developed and any amendments approved by a majority vote of the homeowners.

Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee, made up of up to seven homeowners from around the community who are appointed by the Board of Directors, is tasked with preserving the architectural integrity of our neighborhood. The committee is charged with considering architectural change requests and any issues that may affect the common aesthetic look of the community. acccolonialpark@hotmail.com 

Landscape Committee

This committee oversees the maintenance of the community’s common areas.

Open Space Planning Committee

This committee is tasked with creating a master plan of the community’s open space areas, recommending costs associated with any development of open space and encouraging input from residents.

Community Events Committee

To foster a stronger sense of community, the purpose of the events committee is to schedule, plan and promote events for the enjoyment and benefit of all residents.
