Planning an Exterior Change?

If you are planning to make an exterior change (fence, paint/color, lighting, tree removal, patios, decks, etc.), please consult "Homeowner Information" and review "Community Architectural Guidelines" for what is needed to be submitted with the "Exterior Change Form".  Community guidelines, rules, standards and other HOA documents are also available under "Colonial Park HOA Documents".

Yard Waste Pickup

Effective January 1, 2017, Anne Arundel County will no longer accept yard waste in plastic bags.  Paper bags or reusable containers with a large "X" may be used.

Pet Waste Bag Stations
Three pet waste bag disposal stations are located in communal areas of our neighborhood. Please note that it is against the law to leave pet waste in these communal areas and so as a pet owner, please remember that it is your responsibility to pick up after your pets. Homeowners will be fined by the HOA if pet waste is left behind.
